This is stuff I currently listen to, read and use that isn't gothic or hasn't any links. I could go on for ever expanding this list since music is a big part of my life and I listen to a lot of it but it seems like I listen more than I contribute to this page :-).

  • ROCK
    • A recent favourite is The Charlatans UK
    • One of my favourite bands from Vancouver is 54-40.
    • I am also a fan of the Grapes of Wrath
    • I am also a fan of The Morganfields. I don't believe they have a homepage yet. If anyone has or knows of one let me know.
    • HyperRust Never Sleeps, the Neil Young Information Site is a great place to find infomation on this great Canadian artist who I've grown to love.
    • The Tradgically Hip is the hottest band in Canada. I bet most people would want to see a Hip concert over Bryan Adams.
    • The Pursuit of Happiness is a great band I got into in high school. I can always find a song on every record that I can relate to. Great sound and lyrics too.

    • Iron Music Group - Record Company for TPOH and Jay Semko.
    • Keyboard Magazine is a periodical that I subscribe to.
    • Cakewalk is the greatest sequencer in the world and the one I use.
    • MUCHMUSIC is the nation's music station and mine too.
    • CFOX 99.3 - The best Vancouver has to offer in album rock. It is not always what I want to hear though. The best station for my ears went bankrupt a couple years ago.

A Lyrical/Poetic Sample of My Work

I finally made a homebrewed tape of some of my songs that suck the least. It is called I Used To Remember

This is a small sample of my poems and lyrics - not a sample of my best and not recent either since I haven't written much this year.

Wonderfulment of Wonders 

With the storm approaching now,
I am glad for the warmth in my heart of her.
I still breathe the the scent of flowers,
In the heart of December in the blindness of winter.
With strength of a thousand angels,
I may miss the taste of purity.
With her smiling face and enchanting hair,
I surely miss the kiss of the beauty.
Such as the wonderfulment of wonders,
Dazzling delight in the low,
She laughs so bright and brave,
Like a rose bloom protruding from the snow.

holding rare flowers
her smile, for meadows, will please
under loving showers

like the sun and living flame
like angels of heaven

only the strong of indifference ae unaware
